Dorland Mountain Arts Residencies
For over 4 decades, Dorland Mountain Arts has offered self-directed residencies for visual artists, writers, musicians, and composers seeking inspiration and solitude.
Located in Southern California’s scenic Temecula Valley Wine Country, Dorland is just 100 miles south of Los Angeles and 60 miles north of San Diego, at an elevation of 1,800 feet.
Immerse yourself in a serene environment featuring a tranquil reflection pond, a peaceful lake, scenic walking trails, and stunning valley views. The area’s rustic natural beauty provides the perfect setting for creativity and reflection.
Residency accommodations include five cozy cottages, access to two pianos, a vibrant Community Arts Center and more.
Applications are now open for residencies. Visual artists, writers, musicians, and composers are invited to apply.
