Before You Request a Reservation

Reservation requests are accepted only from approved residents. If you have not yet completed the application and approval process, we invite you to apply.

Minimum Stay

Residencies are booked by the night, with a one-week minimum stay. You are charged for each night of your residency, including the night you arrive, but not the day you depart. For example, a one-week residency would run from January 5 through January 12.
