Resident Check-Out

Check out time is 11:00 am

Please complete the Departure Checklist when you leave so we can prepare the cottage for the next resident. 
Skipping checkout may result in loss of your security deposit and extra charges.


Before You Leave:

We ask that all residents complete the following before departure:

Cleaning

The following cleaning tasks are optional. If you choose to skip this section, please pay the $75 cleaning fee and text the staff to let them know: 909-227-0345. If you complete this section, there is no cleaning fee. Each item must be completed to avoid the cleaning fee. 

Clean the kitchen sink and dry it with a towel (inside the drains with a brush).
Sweep the cottage floor and porch, shake out rugs, or vacuum.
Is there anything in need of repair or anything you’d like to bring to our attention? .
We’d be delighted to hear about your achievements at Dorland, or anything else you’d like to share.
