Check-Out Instructions
When you leave, we kindly ask that you clean the cottage using the Check-out List below, or pay a cleaning fee of $75.00. This helps to keep our final sanitizing & cottage preparation costs down—thus helping to keep your residency fees as low as possible.
Once you have submitted the check-out list, please text and let us know you are leaving. 909-227-0345.
Cleaning Options:
- Complete items 1-15 (all items) on the list: No cleaning fee.
- Complete items 1-9 and we'll do the rest: $75.00
If you choose to have us do the cleaning, text the staff at: 909-227-0345 and let them know. Then, pay the cleaning fee using the button below.
