Before You Leave:

In an effort to keep your residency fees as low as possible, we ask that all residents complete the following before departure to help prepare the cottage for the next resident.

Check each item as you complete each task. Thank you.

*Arrange furniture and other items as they were when you arrived.

*Leave the blankets/quilts on the bed.

*Leave used sheets and towels on the floor.

*Take, throw out, or pass on perishable food and wipe down the refrigerator.

*Wash and put away all dishes/pans and wipe down counter tops.

*Take the trash to the dumpster and recycling to the blue recycling can located behind the office.

*Leave the cottage unlocked with the key on the table, turn off the lights.

*If applicable replenish the wood, kindling and sweep ashes.

*Sweep cottage floor and porch.
