Fees are for single occupancy only. Additional fees apply for overnight guests or co-residents.
Payment Terms
Payment Terms
For residencies of 1–2 weeks, full payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
For residencies longer than 2 weeks, 50% of the total residency fee is due within 7 days of the invoice date. The remaining balance is due within 90 days, or sooner if the residency start date is approaching.
A signed contract must be submitted with your payment.
Reservations may be canceled if payment and a signed contract are not received within the stated timeframes.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All reservations are non-refundable. However, stays may be rescheduled based on availability, subject to a $125 rescheduling fee.
No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.

Connors Cottage

Connors Cottage offers sweeping views of Temecula Valley and the surrounding mountains and hills. Facing west, it captures stunning sunsets each evening. The cottage features a spacious workspace with ample wall space—ideal for visual artists to display works in progress. Easels, tarps, and additional tables are available upon request.
Connors Cottage is named in honor of Karen Parrott Connors, former Executive Director of Dorland.
Zachai Cottage
