Payment Terms

Residencies 1-2 weeks: payment is due 7 days from invoice date. 
Residencies of more than 2 weeks: Payment of 50% of the total residency fee is due 7 days from the invoice date. Balance is due in 90 days, or sooner if the reservation date is imminent.
A signed contract is due with your payment.
Failure to pay within terms and return a signed contract will result in cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

No refunds will be made but you can reschedule based on availability. 
The rescheduling fee is $125.

No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure.

Markham Cottage

Connors Cottage


Residency Fees

$475 per week 
$1800 per 4 weeks

Connors Cottage offers sweeping views of Temecula Valley and the surrounding mountains and hills. Facing west, it captures stunning sunsets each evening. The cottage features a spacious workspace with ample wall space—ideal for visual artists to display works in progress. Easels, tarps, and additional tables are available upon request.

Connors Cottage is named in honor of Karen Parrott Connors, former Executive Director of Dorland.
