Amanda Hawkins’ first book of poetry was published in January 2025. They are a Tin House, Bread Loaf, and Mellon Public Scholar, and their poetry has won the Wandering Aengus Book Prize, the Scotti Merril Award from Key West Literary Seminar, and the Emerging Writer Award with the Florida Review.
