Enrico Rotelli

Enrico Rotelli is an Italian writer and journalist. His last books are "L'America è un esperimento" and "Nanda e io", which won City of Como International Literature Prize and Visintin Prize 2024 and inspired a theatre show in Milan with Rotelli and songwriter Paola Turci. His articles and short stories have been published in literary journals and magazines as "McSweeney's Quarterly Concern", "Alta Journal", "Travel + Leisure", "Vogue Italia" and "Rolling Stone". His articles on U.S. literature for "Corriere della Sera" received the Premio Amerigo 2020. He also translated "The Great Gatsby" by Francis Scott Fitzgerald and is the co-author of the autobiographies of Valentina Cortese on which was based the Nastro d'Argento 2018 documentary "Diva!", and Carla Fracci, on which was based the tv movie "Carla". He lives between San Francisco and Venice, Italy.
