Julie Stone is a native small-town Iowan and a proud graduate of the University of Iowa. Where her over-active imagination helped her earn a degree in English. She currently writes and resides in her home state. She writes about more mature heroines because she believes they are often overlooked. The author of four books, her latest, “He’s with the Band” is out now from Entangled. She also writes a substack entitled “Musings from the Midsection”, a place where she explores her obscure memories of growing up a child of the Seventies, and a teenager in the Eighties. GenX to her very core, she can be found at a reunion tour concert, or supporting her fellow Iowa Authors. Or with her cats.
