Katherine B. Randall is a writer of queer YA fantasy and other speculative fiction. In her writing she loves to explore unexpected magic, grounded yet fantastical worlds, and family secrets. She received her MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from the Vermont College of Fine Arts in 2022, and her short story “Primeval” was published in 2023 in speculative short fiction magazine Hearth Stories. She is also a current judge for NYC Midnight short fiction competitions. She lives in Philadelphia with her wife, her dog, and an ever-expanding library of books.
