Originally from California, Nancy Morrow grew up in Washington State, receiving her B.F.A. and M.F.A. from the University of Washington. Her work has been included in New American Paintings and shown in more than 100 exhibitions throughout the U.S., as well as in Germany, Hungary, India, Japan, Mexico, the Republic of Korea, and Slovakia. Reviews and articles on her paintings have appeared multiple times in Two Coats of Paint and in several other publications. Nancy is a recipient of a Kansas Arts Commission Mid-Career Fellowship in Visual Arts and has done numerous artist residencies in the U.S. and Canada including Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture and Two Coats of Paint. Represented by A.I.R. Gallery in Brooklyn since 2005, she maintains a studio in Manhattan, Kansas where she is an Associate Professor of Painting and Drawing at Kansas State University and serves as Co-Director of Nature Collab.
